Hello everyone! I am an active, busy, counselor who loves to cook, run, and live life to the fullest! This website is for anyone wanting to live a healthier and more balanced life. I believe the way your body and mind perform are directly related to what you put into your body.

I am a licensed and nationally certified mental health counselor specializing in somatic psychotherapy. I am also a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a Pure Barre trained exercise instructor. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I love to use my knowledge to experiment in the kitchen with recipes used to heal my body and mind from the stresses of everyday life. I also am lactose intolerant, and previously suffered from Celiac and IBS symptoms. I say previously, because those symptoms have vanished. After my Celiac diagnosis in my late twenties, I have followed a Paleo diet and have healed my body in more ways than you can imagine. I have a passion for helping others and hope my recipes can reach those who suffer from food allergies or simply want to live a healthier life!

P.S.-Needless to say, I am BUSY, and therefore my recipes are EASY and are often made in bulk!

  2. Hello,

We hope you’re doing well. We really like your blog (recipestolive.com) and would like to re-use your recipes and photos on our website justpaleofood.com.

JustPaleoFood.com is a paleo-friendly recipe directory where different food bloggers contribute their recipes under their pen name. Our website receives more than 40,000 unique visitors every month.

The only portion we re-use on our website is a photo along with the ingredients and directions. Anything else that is mentioned on your recipe page i.e. creative expressions, stories or text will not be used by us (so that your website will not have an affect on its search engine rankings).

If you grant us permission to re-use your recipes and photos on our website, we would in return, always, give a link back to your website and the original source i.e. your blog name will always be mentioned on the bottom of the recipe page.

We also have a mailing list of over 1500+ subscribers (growing daily) and they are always looking for delicious recipes — your recipes/blog will get exposure from our mailing list as well.

If you are interested then kindly shoot us an e-mail at social@justpaleofood.com

All the very best for your future and keep making, baking and sharing such delicious recipes. 🙂

    Best Regards,
    JustPaleoFood.com Administration Team
